A great day was had by all at the spare parts Costume Workshop at 10BitWorks Hackerspace! Students from the International Academy of Design and Technology‘s Stitch Club were on hand to help attendees with costume ideas & construction. A knight & his squires put together attire fit for the Renaissance, complete with cardboard body armor & sword. Little Red Riding Hood, Granny & the Big Bad Wolf will be out trick-or-treating this Halloween after making costumes from donated fabric & cardboard. A zombie clown costume was also in the works, along with a patch-work dress for Sally from “A Nightmare Before Christmas.”
